I have been going to Mark Garrison over 4 years. Sam has been doing my highlights since then. He is willing to work with you until you are satisfied and he is very patient. I would definitely recommend Sam. I really like how he leaves my hair. Yuki used to cut my hair and he was great, good haircut, timely and great style. Unfortunayely Yuki left and I tried Rosie who was recommended by other staff members, unfortunately my experience was terrible. She was doing 3 people at the same time and result as can be expected not good. Now I cut my hair at a different place. Staff is very friendly.
Pros: nice ambience, great staff specially lady from coat check. She is a great asset, always welcomes you with a smile
Cons: I have to go elsewhere for a haircut
