It's an OK place to live. I know there have been a lot of problems with break ins, but luckly I have not been affected. Management is friendly but very unprofessional. They're constantly loosing our rent checks & saying we owe when infact we've overpaid. They do a lot for children, which is a plus when you have them. There's an after school program & they team up to do a bike parade each year where they'll give out new bike helmets.
Pros: kid friendly, small pets, friendly management
Cons: unprofessional management, break-ins, too expensive for what you get
