I am going to this place for 15 years. People are very friendly and very professional. My stylist name Tanya and she is the best. She always knows what you need and how to make you look better. I would never trust anybody else with my hair either it is a haircut or highlight she does everything with style. I have to travel to New York and make appointments in advance but it is really worth it. Salon itself is very clean and everybody very polite and pleasant starting with receptionist and ending with a shampoo girl. Concord is the place where you can trust that customer is a priority and that they will do everything in style and to your satisfaction. I would strongly recommend this place.
