Probably one of the worst managed properties in Wichita. We have had an ongoing issue with a neighbor in 1216 Harding since we moved in, as they love to play loud music at all hours. This causes pictures and ornaments to fall off our walls. We have complained to the office staff on numerous occasions, but since they rent to Section 8 people, and our neighbor is one such person, they say they can not do nothing about it. well, if you enjoy having the ability to listen to someone else's music at any time, day or night ... please be sure to rent here. Otherwise, stay as far as possible from this community.
Pros: Nice size family homes
Cons: Section 8 that treat everything as if they own the place
