My husband and I stopped in here because we have driven by it several times and the parking lot is always packed. It was dinner time on a Friday night, we waited for a table for about 15-20 minutes, then were shown our table and the hostess left. No explanation of whether we were supposed to go get food or wait for her to come back and order drinks, so we sat there a while feeling really stupid, and then decided to go through the food/buffet line, which we then saw children sticking there hands in the food to put it on there plate, instead of the parents using the tongs or spoons. It was disgusting. We also noticed the buffet area was sticky and dirty, and the entire restaurant was dirty and old. Our chairs were sticky. The carpet/floor was filthy. We left without eating and will never go back. They only had 2 people working up front, somebody should supervise the food part & clean the place. GROSS!
Cons: Dirty restaurant. Unsupervised children touching food. Bad service.
