I was trying to take my pet to a closer vet and I regret it. I arrived at The Loving Touch on time and the Receptionist was so confused that she pulled the wrong chart. Funny, my pet was a new patient, there was no chart yet...hmmmmm. The rooms were hot and I waited for a half an hour before my pet was seen. Compared to where I was taking her (which I will be again) they weren't the Loving Touch. My pet wanted to leave so bad she was crying. It's time to get a new staff folks. Highly UNrecommended !!
