I normally don't feel strongly enough to care and write these things. I went to these people for a notarized document. The woman, Judy, that ""helped"" me seemed friendly at first. Then, she told me I didn't have the right documents. I asked her more specifically what she meant and she yelled at me, ""You're not listening to me."" Of course I was trying to, but it didn't help that she was yelling. Seemed like she was frustrated and took it out on me. Then one of her employees came out with a package and she snapped at him as well. I don't pay to be treated this way....Unprofessional, unfriendly, poor customer service. Poor service rating. Enough said.
