We have called Bill the Fauceteer over the years and been very happy. Our experience in October 07 was quite different. The toilet brought out was not the one described by phone, and the installer was indifferent. The company did eventually send out a different installer and a different toilet because I would not pay. In less than four months, however, the new toilet was moving around. When I called, I was told it was past the warranty period. I think it is reasonable to expect a toilet to remain installed for more than four months; something was wrong with this job, and they refused to back up thier work.
