I have lived in Brynwood my whole life and I can sadly say that the money you spend in rent you get nothing for it. There is nothing updated, where you spend the a little more in rent and you could get wall to wall carpenting, dishasher and a washer and dryer in your unit. Groundskeeping is nothing wonderful unless you enjoy he spray painting on some of the buildings. when choosing an apartment for your first time I would think twice befoe you spend the money and get nothing out of it!
Pros: next to a mini shopping center
Cons: too much money and you get nothing for that money
