So in all fairness, I had to update this review. Below are my previous comments. I called Dillards the following weekend and gave the sales clerk the same information (about the missing free item) and she set the item aside for me, with my name on it, and told me to come by and pick it up when it was convenient to me. I didn't need my receipt or any proof of purchase. I guess it just depends on which clerk you happen to deal with, and 2nd time was a charm. Pros: Good customer service if you get the right person Cons: Bad customer service if you don't get the right person more
