Ambience and presentation here absolutely cannot be beat. For that alone it's worth a trip. The food is very good, but you are paying more for the presentation than for the food. Service is very good, though most of the staff are very young for such an upscale place and it shows. Overall though, I love Barton G and it is definitely a can't miss in Miami dining.
