I called CCS today to speak with the person I was assigned to about my account. When I gave him my number I was immediately transferred to a ""manager"" named John Markmon. I was trying to figure out a way to set up another payment for next month since I was having difficulty this month making the payment. After I explained my situation, Mr. Markmon started to make the sound of a cash register to me ""Cha-Ching, Cha-Ching"" and on and on he went yelling!! Then told me that I had so much fun running up my bill but did not want to pay it. I understand I need to clear this up but I cant believe that a manager is allowed to talk to someone like that and make you feel like a loser!!
