My dog goes there for therapy, which is very very good, excellent feedback after the sessions, etc. No complaint there whatsoever and although it is expensive, it's close by and I don't have to drive an hour to pay a fortune just for him to swim in a pool.
Pros: Great therapy program, but expensive
Cons: Don't get baths here, ridiculously expensive!!! $18 nail trims and $22 ear cleaning
