I hobbled into the place with a horribly flat tire. It was a bit busy because everyone was picking up their cars after work, but I waited only 10 minutes or so before they looked at my tires. I hoped to get away with just patching my flat, but the guys told me what I unfortunately already knew - I had ridiculously bald tires. After they asked if I'd like to put the spare on or buy new tires, I opted for a whole new set of tires. Less than 20 minutes later I was driving away! While I spent more than I wanted to, it was my fault for letting the tires go so bald. As a woman, I am always very skeptical of cost at repair shops, but knowing what I spent last time on a new set, I feel confident that I received a good deal. I will return...
Pros: Value priced tires, honest service
Cons: Entry to garage gets pretty crowded if a lot of people are picking up/dropping off at the same time, inside can be chaotic too
