We are trying to recieve help for my brother who was just released from prison recently. He has a history of traumatic Stress Syndrome. Hobbs GUidance Center is so hard to actually get help from with a long waiting list and tons of paperwork......what do we do for someone who has an emergency and needs help RIGHT NOW ""NOT"" in two weeks?
