I knew I was going to Portland and wanted to take advantage of some tax free shopping. I was looking for some skis and on a friend's recommendation I looked up the store to find the location when I was in town. This is my experience in response to those below. I found the selection to be top notch and the prices are great. I will never buy anything in a resort now, knowing that I can shop with these guys online. The guys in the ski department were able to help me narrow my choices on a new fat ski. They knew how all of them skied. It sounds like everyone in that department likes something different.. They were even willing to get my skis mounted for me that day because I was leaving the next morning to fly home. The staff helped my wife spend some money on a new jacket while I shopped for skis. All in all we never got any attitude, most of the staff just joked with us and wanted to make sure we were taken care of and were enjoying are time in Portland. It is a bummer that people have had a bad experience there, that was certainly not my experience.
