i have been to many spas in my day and i must say the front desk staff here needs to be retrained -- from the moment i called i should have known when they kept putting me on hold and not able to answer all my questions that there was gonna be some issues. when i arrived they rushed me around and barley payed any attention to the customers in the spa it was just the most unorganized, stressful spa day ever. step it up!!!!
