I bought a gift certificate for my friend and was guaranteed a service on Friday, but when my friend went to make the appointment they refused to have openings. \r

I called to see if there was any way they would be able to fit her in. The owner was very rude and short with me. And when she said she would call me back she did not. \r

I would never go here again. I could not believe the way the owner treated a paying customer.
