I've gone to a few massage places around town, and to a few spas. Granted that Brooks isn't as modern and clean as places like Raya, the masseurs here are tops, (especially is you like deep tissue). Also, they don't swindle you for the last ten minutes of a massage as I've noticed many spas now give 50 minute massages for around $100 bucks. If you get to Brooks before 1:30PM M-F, you can grab a great two hour massage for about $135 bucks!
The "Spa" section isn't quite up to par, but if you're not picky, you can get a sauna and steam while you're there. The point is, you'll get more for your money and leave just as relaxed, if not MORE, than other more pricey places. I'd also like to add that the staff is very friendly and welcoming. One warning: Don't dump the eucalyptus oil onto the stones in the sauna! I thought it was water, but learned quickly that it was oil! I felt like a total dork when the receptionist asked me, "did it catch on fire?!"
