A package was sold to us promising wonderful trip to 5days/4nights to Punta Cana, DR. After experiencing some family issues we decided it was best not to travel and tried to cancel a few days, but the company stated there is no cancellation policy. We didn't get the package details until a month and 1/2 later. The material however did state the package can be cancelled within 7 days? When we then tried to book the trip we were told we couldn't book it because we were over the age of 70. Frustrated we contacted the federal agency and found another complaint existed for a company that only started in Nov 2007. TAKE MY WORDS- DON'T LET GO RELAX TRAVEL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!
