I have been a client of Excel Salon since the new ownership in 2004. I must say that I have been treated to the best service since. The salon is always imaculate and very comfortable. I am greeted with a smile that is genuine and friendly each time. All of the stylists are very talented and up to date. It is such a pleasure to be Treated with such care to my indivdual needs. I am never pressured to buy products or extra services but always given great advice if I ask for help. I checked out the T.B. incident with the board of health and was pleasntly surprised to know that Excel went above and beyond to comply with all of their requirements .When I asked why I was not personally notified, they asured me that only those at any risk had been promptly contacted and their was no risk to anyone else. I will continue to use and praise Excel salon. Thanks Excel!!!!
