I'm not a client at this vet, but sent my father to pick up prescription dog food that they were supposed to be holding. I had to return it after he brought it home because they gave me the wrong one size cans. They wouldn't give me my money back, only a credit. I paid in cash & had the receipt. I called them as soon as I got home. Only credit. I don't think this is right.
