Cute boutique and great groomer... This is my groomer of choices. Norma is the owner and groomer and she has been grooming for over 40 years and has had a salon in Mesquite since 1994. She provides really great scissoring skills for those of you who have poodles and want a speciality cut instead of the typical faire available at the chains. My cockers always love to go there. Small and medium dogs under 45 lbs and no cats.
