I always thought I knew how to exercise right, especially since I had worked with a personal trainer for over a year at 24-Hour Fatness. After severely injuring my neck with that lame personal trainer, I saw my orthopaedic doctor and he recommended that I go to Colin at C.H. PT rather than try and wait it out. First of all, I was really impressed by the secretarial staff and how quickly they were able to fit me in. From the the first visit on, I was treated with respect while being pushed to levels I never thought I could. Colin was a great teacher, an inspiration, and always made things interesting with his humor. My neck's healed and I owe it all to C.H. for opening my eyes to doing things right!
