I was involved in a car accident 10 years ago. My neck hurt to do pretty much anything since then. My chiropractor really helped relieve the pain but my neck would start hurting shortly after the adjustments. I was walking downtown and saw people working out in CH and noticed the ""physical therapy"" sign outside so I stopped in to check it out. The girl working at the front desk was nice enough to get a physical trainer to talk to me about my injury and then I had a great discussion with Colin that changed the course of my life. I started physical therapy there the following week and it was difficult but I could tell it was what I needed to get my strength back. After 3 months working with CH I could finally get a full nights sleep and I'm working out again at my gym and I owe it all to CH!
