A couple of weeks ago a representative from H&R Block (530 Columbus Ave., Boston) contacted me to schedule an appointment to prepare my tax return. My husband and I agreed and we scheduled an appointment with a Tax Specialist. Upon entering, we began working with the Specialist as scheduled. Now, due to my and my husbands complicated tax situation we wanted to explore our tax options with her to figure out if we may be entitled to any tax breaks. The Specialist however, was not interested in exploring, she expressed she did not have the time and that she works under commission. After she became noticeably irritated with my husband and I, we did not feel comfortable asking any additional question.
