I have been a practioner at triangle yoga for about a year. The owner is money obsessed. I had five classes left on my prepaid card. I had been sick for several weeks. When I finally came back my card had expired the day before. I had to pay $20.00 just to get my last five already paid for classes. No flexibilty with her. I certainly understand setting some time period for adminstrative reasons, but 3 months is too short. The owner is rude, very difficult to approach and not very plesant to deal with . Not the sort of person you would think would own a yoga studio. I'm moving on to a more customer focused studio.
