when my husband and i visited the panera on western last week a woman, maybe her late 30's who was the manager was very rude to us. she was short and had blondish colored hair. i complained to the district manager, but havent heard back.\r

our service was horrible, and the bread that was served with our soup was hard as a rock.\r

i will not visit this location again.
