I had a scheduled grooming w/Lucy at the 13th Street store. Upon arrival, Lucy told me the office had ""double-booked"" her appts all day & that there was no way she could groom my dog by the promised time, 3:30. I had an important early evening meeting. She said she'd see what she could do & to call her b/w 4:30 & 5pm. I called at 4:55. My dog was not ready & would not be ready for another 35min but would be ready by then b/c the groomer wasn't staying past 5:30. I became irritated & said that I'd like her to finish him ASAP because 3:30 was promised & I had an appt. I expressed my disbelief that Biscuits & Bath didn't respect their clients' time & related that I've had consistent problems with B&B since beginning to use them a year & a half ago. Literally every time I've used them, unauthorized charges have appeared on my credit card. Each time, I call to report the mischarge, & it is apologetically reversed. The customer service rep became irritated & hung up the phone on me. I returned to Biscuits & Bath at 4:26pm, 5min shy of the 35min promised. The receptionist informed me that the groomer had to leave at 5:30 & that they had made the ?executive decision? not to groom my dog & instead to give him a bath. I protested & said I wasn?t paying for a bath b/c I had scheduled a grooming. The receptionist suggested I speak to the mgr, John Sisto. I told John I'd like the groomer to finish my dog. John immediately yelled at me to leave the store. I said I wasn't leaving without my dog. He screamed for reception to call the police. I sat down on a bench as they called the police & waited for John to reappear with my dog. John threw my dog down on the floor at me. My acct was charged $66.38 for services I did not receive?again, another unauthorized, fraudulent charge. After repeated calls, Biscuits & Bath refuses to remove my credit card number from their file.

Cons: despicable and fraudulent!!! unauthorized charges to your card!!!
