I've eaten at Genia twice before and twice after they've found their new chef. The food has taken a remarkable turn for the better since the change. We dined on Valentine's Day. I think the restaurant is understaffed for high volume occasions. The waiter forgot about us, and didn't acknowledge or apologize. The food was definitely a step down from our first experience. The chef has an interesting style ,presenting several of her dishes in a light broth, such as the ravioli and the fish dishes. She varied the ingredients, from first to second visit, though the result did not transcend itself. I definitely enjoy the food, but I'll not return on a holiday.
Pros: Creative and tasty, without being overwhelming
Cons: A bit Inconsistent, though few restaurants do well with a crowd
