I agree with the comments below. Don?t ask them questions. I was looking for various caps and couldn't get anywhere with her. I explained didn't know exactly what the part number but knew I needed a 10nf cap to work in the 10--20V range but was told that?s not standard. And that was it. No offer to help just got the impression I was a hassle for her.
