Started out really friendly... even though they were an hour late w/o calling. I told them that if the price nears a certain point to call and we would go from there. I faxed a credit card authorization over for the pre agreed upon amount. They found the leak within our time frame and price. They called me to let me know they found the leak and asked If i wanted them to test the rest of the pool. I told them not to and let us fix what was leaking. I get a call 30 minutes later and the owner said that the price we owed was over the orginal, agreed upon amount. I asked why (i did tell them to stop work at the 1.75 hr mark remember!) He said that I was being charged for the time it took them to clean up their supplies as well as the time it took to write up an invoice!! After much talking, he refused to budge on this shady practice. I would not recommend this guy to anyone. Customer service is a key component to any business and this company and none!!
