I went into Genesis the day before my wedding for a touch up on my hair. I specifically asked for the same highlights that I had, only to touch up the growth and touch up the grey. I had dark hair with thin, slight blond highlights. I ended up with blond hair all over the top and sides, brown and grey underneath. My skin tone and facial appearance is for dark hair not Blond. The blond hair was unbelieveable. It wasn't even done in good taste. The so called stylist took over 3 hours to ruin my hair and ran way over into my nail appointment. I missed my dinner with family that evening as I was in their salon for a total of 8 hours including the time it took to have someone else do an all over color on top of the blond to try and correct this horrible color. I was so devistated that I left crying hysterically. On top of that they charged me $120 and the stylist did not style my hair, asked me if I would go to the nail appointment with wet hair? My hair which was in good shape now requires condition treatments. I was also charged for a cut, which I did not receive.\r
To sum it up, I was charged for a devistated color, no styling and no cut. My tip to the stylist, get another job.
