Josh did a cover up for me a few years back, and for the size of it gave me the cheapest rate in town. I was also given two years to come back in for touch-ups, but the color and everything was so great I never had to. I also had him do anyother one on my foot, which he did free hand and it is great. \r
My boyfriend went to Scott for his first tattoo, Scott was great about allowing him time to get used to the pain and really explained everything he was doing.\r
Over all the atmosphere is great and its clean.
Pros: Great artist, clean area, and friendly service.
Cons: Can get busy, calling before hand is the way to go.
