The customer service on the phone and the actual service call were just the best experience we've ever had!!! Julia who set our appt actually got Fernando on his cell for a preliminary diagnosis (of our non-functioning dryer) & assured me that Fernando would have the appropriate parts if needed, and discussed replacement VS repair with a helpful opinion abt which brands had maintenance issues. Fernando called us from the road to assure us he was on his way and with an approximate arrival time. He quickly repaired our dryer and gave us specific advice on how to avoid the same problem in the future and\r
also very helpful advice about which brands to look at when the time comes for a new washer & dryer. We will be calling again to use Cornerstone and highly recommend Fernando & company to all!!!
