About two weeks ahead of time, I made an appointment to have my bike serviced on 2/16/08 at Cycle Depot. On 2/16/08 I went to the shop to find it closed with a sign saying ""sorry"" but that they decided to close for the long weekend. No prior notice. No call asking me to reschedule. In short, no consideration for their customers. I have two friends that get their bikes serviced there, or I should say ""used to get their bikes serviced there"", because after I told them about the above, they decided that they won't be using that shop anymore. I will surely be telling anyone who asks me for a referral for a motorcycle repair shop about my experience and obviously will not be recommending Cycle Depot because of the inconsiderate way I was treated. This is a patent example of poor business practices.
