I ordered product from Kriss Cosmetics after reading a very positive article in the LA Times. My order was placed February 1 and my card debited on the 6th. When I did not receive the product by the 16th of February, I sent an e-mail expressing concerns. The e-mail I got back from a company rep was rude and unprofessional. I use the internet to order all the time. Never had this kind of negative experience. Hope the inferior service is not indicative of the product. Let the buyer beware.. Know that this company will take your money and then take its sweet time before shipment is made. I have saved the e-mail string and would be happy to provide a copy to the owner Ms. Soterion.
