We looked forward to Dizzy's opening back in the day, often travel from Eastern Parkway to eat there, had them provide food for a couple of family events, and although the crowds keep us away sometimes, we find the people friendly, the food great. Of course, in a neighborhood place like that, the service isn't always super fast and sometimes I suppose they make math errors. Once, we had a birthday dinner there and I forgot to tip the guy. He gently let me know, which I was really glad for and we made it up to him.
Pros: food, homey, friendly
Cons: sometimes too crowded to wait for
