Dr Mallard has seen both of my boys ages 10 and 2 since birth. He and his staff are the best. Always there when we call, and will always see us. He's stayed after hours on 2 occasions to stitch my oldest one up, and after hours other times as well. Even stayed late when he knew we were flying in with sick kids. He's been practicing for a very long time so I feel comfortable in his experience and common sense knowledge. I've had other doctors even compliment him. At some point we have also seen Dr. Raugh, and Dr. Klinsky and have had no problems.
