Flowers ordered for Valentines Day delivery were not delivered until the 18th---and it was clear they had been in the box all that time. When I called the ""customer service"" line ""satisfaction quaranteed"" (!) I was told that because the flowers were ordered by FTD the company couldn't guarentee same day delivery, despite what FTD said. If that's the case, they should quit doing FTD delivery! Furthermore, the representative did not even attempt to be polite. If I had just heard one ""I'm sorry you didn't receive the flowers on time,"" I'd be happy. Instead I was treated rudely and told it was my fault. I would never use this company again. Cons: Poor customer service more
