My first experience with Salon L'Etoile was at the Manayunk location. My stylist was fantastic (Mike R.) However, the staff was not so friendly. I feel like they are lacking in customer service skills. They are rude from the moment you call for an appointment to the minute you leave the salon. When they answer the phone they make you feel like a nuisance. On a positive note the talent is wonderful. Recently a friend advised me to try the Jenkintown location. GREAT!!! The staff was very nice. They are very kind on the phone; they were very nice once I was in the salon. I saw Julio for my haircut. He was FANTASTIC!! In fact, the reason I am leaving a comment on this site is because I was looking up the Salon's phone number to make another appointment with Julio. I recommend the Jenkintown location to all my friends and they enjoy it as well. To the Jenkintown staff...GREAT JOB!
