I have lived a lot of places and gotten a lot of tattoos, since I have lived in Raleigh this is the only place I have considered going. The shop is clean and the atmosphere is welcoming, the tattoo artist specialize in doing custom work (not just cheap pick it off the wall ""flash"").
Pros: Custom work, clean, relaxed
