Very nice and fun salon. Great quality work. The owner and one of the veteran stylists care more about gossiping about other stylists than being professional towards customers. (it makes me uncomfortable to hear the stylist talking bad about other employees every time I'm in) Stylist told me she didn't care that I and another person wouldn't be her client anymore. I had ONE complaint in 3 years and she was immediately defensive over something pretty minor instead of apologizing and moving on. Told the owner who tried to get me to stay, but not very hard. Told me that I should have voiced my complaint after the stylist started my hair instead of before. Neither took any responsibility for the salons mishaps or cared at losing loyal customer. I've referred upwards of 6 people to the salon in three years. Do not recommend.
