I was going to this doc for nearly four years... i never loved him, but it is so hard to find someone good in this fied, i was just going to deal... he's a little flaky, and pays attn.- sometimes....however, this is the third time the doc has written me the wrong script... i can usually catch it before getting it filled, but this time i did not, and since i have to pay for everything out of pocket, there went 100 bucks... i called to see if they would consider reimbusing me for this inconvenience, and felix got extremely beligerant and told me it was not their problem... basically hanging up on me- that's it- not going back... disapointed... you would think a mental health office would be a little more compassionate and sensitive w. their clients, but like anything else, it is still a business....
