I was really nervous about my appt. because of these negative reviews, but I had a great experience! I didn't see the owner, Troy, while I was there, so I can't say much on the comments about him specifically, but my stylist, Danielle, was very sweet and did a great job. She wasn't snooty or ditzy or anything like that. I will definitely be going back.
Pros: Modern, funky atmosphere. Danielle throws in a scalp massage before the shampoo
Cons: Not the cheapest, parking can be tricky during the day b/c its downtown
