I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday through the Teleflora service. Springvill Floral got the order. First of all, they sent the flowers a day too early making my friend think I forgot which day her birthday was. I paid $75 for a ""florists choice"" arrangement and $15 for balloons too be added to the arrangement. When I called my friend to ask her to send me a picture of the flowers she was hesitant. I finally got out of her that the arrangement was half dead when it arrived and the balloons were even half deflated! My friend brought the arrangement back to the shop at my insistance-along with the dead flowers she had pulled out. They said they would make her a new one and give her one new balloon, but my friend could find no fresh flowers in the store to choose. She asked for a plant that was marked $37 instead and the owner Refused!I called Teleflora and they were awesome about it. The order was sent to Steiners who did a wonderful job!Don't ever order from this shop! If they would have even had some customer service I would have been happy, but they wouldnt even give my friend a $37 plant for the $90 I paid! more
