Apartments are nice and roomy and have up to date appliances. But it's not just the indoors that make where you live, it's the outside too.. There is a terrible problem with people not cleaning up after their pets. As there is hardly any grass on the property you should watch your step walking down the side walk. It's likely you will step in something. Another con would be the car thefts and break-ins. They happen here on a regular basis. The police will advice you to invest in a club, and the manager will not take any steps to resolve the issue either. Management and staff are very unprofessional on many different levels. So to sum it up if you want your car broken into, if you wanna step in dog poo, and if you wanna have your business spread all over the complex, then please do make Troutdale Terrace your next home.
