Took 2 trips to the hostess station and 1/2 hour to get someone to our table to take our order and get water. The restaurant was not crazy-busy and other tables around us were being served diligently. Our drinks and appetizer arrived promptly and the appetizer was delicious. Then the service came to an abrupt halt and a 3rd visit to the hostess station was needed to get our salads served. The manager served the salads himself, was very cordial but did not offer any apologies. We had to flag down a bus boy to order more drinks (which he served). It got to the point that it was comical, did we smell bad? Was it because we had something in our teeth? So after 20 minutes after our salad was served we decided to walk out before our entree was served (which I really doubt).
