We were dissatisfied with the quality of their service. When we complained, the owner told us that we were trying to scam him and we made the decision to chose the location so we needed to learn to live with our decision. He was very unprofessional and screamed at us until he hung up when I told him I would complain about the service to other people. We were not even asking for a refund. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Sadly, it ruined the whole 3D ultrasound experience for me and my family and left me in tears.
