I LOVE Baby Bootcamp. I started exercising to lose weight for a wedding but I was not willing to leave my son in daycare so that I could work out in a gym. I joined Baby Bootcamp and it far, far exceeded my expectations in terms of weight loss and muscle definition. I have never exercised for more then a month in my life, but I have been doing Baby Bootcamp for six months now. In the beginning I joked that I wanted arms like the girls from ""Friends"" (i.e. Jennifer Aniston ;) I didn't think it could actually happen! Plus, my son loves it. At home, he plays pretend exercise and has his animals do push-ups. I can't recommend it enough...
